2026 Broken Arrow Pyro Wedding Cold Spark Giveaway

Official Rules

The 2026 Broken Arrow Pyro Wedding Cold Spark Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Broken Arrow Pyro, LLC (“Sponsor”). By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Oklahoma who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The prize may be transferred one time to another person as a gift. The recipient of the transferred prize must be at least 18 years old and must comply with all event, venue, safety, and other requirements contained in these Official Rules.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Broken Arrow Pyro, LLC are not eligible to enter.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 09/08/2026 3:00PM Central Time and ends on 09/22/2026 11:59PM Central Time.

Entries received after the Giveaway closes will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter through the official Broken Arrow Pyro Facebook giveaway post:

• Follow the Broken Arrow Pyro Facebook page.

• Like the official Giveaway post.

• Leave the required comment on the official Giveaway post.

Limit one entry per person.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

Sharing the Giveaway post is appreciated but is not required for entry and does not provide an additional entry.

4. Prize

One winner will receive a Broken Arrow Pyro Cold Spark Wedding Package, including cold spark equipment, standard setup, operation, and teardown for one qualifying wedding.

The package includes up to four cold spark machines, with final equipment quantity, positioning, operating times, and configuration determined by Broken Arrow Pyro based on the venue, event layout, safety requirements, and agreed-upon presentation.

Approximate Retail Value: $1,500

The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, account credit, fireworks, other services, or any other product.

Additional effects, equipment, services, or upgrades may be purchased separately.

5. Wedding Location & Date Requirements

The prize may only be redeemed for a wedding that:

• Takes place within the State of Oklahoma;

• Is located within 150 driving miles of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and

• Takes place on or before December 31, 2027.

Distance will be determined by Broken Arrow Pyro using a standard driving route at the time the prize is scheduled.

All dates are subject to Broken Arrow Pyro availability. Winning the Giveaway does not reserve or guarantee a specific date that has already been booked or is otherwise unavailable.

The winner or prize recipient is encouraged to reserve the wedding date as early as possible.

6. Venue Approval, Permitting & Safety

The wedding venue must permit the use of Broken Arrow Pyro's cold spark equipment, and the proposed setup must be approved by Broken Arrow Pyro.

Broken Arrow Pyro will handle normal permitting and operational requirements associated with the included cold spark service.

The prize does not include extraordinary third-party expenses imposed by a venue or other party, including required venue personnel, house electricians, facility fees, special electrical services, venue-specific permits or charges, or other unusual third-party costs.

Broken Arrow Pyro retains final authority over equipment placement and operation. Effects may be modified, delayed, relocated, or canceled when necessary because of venue restrictions, weather, fire-code requirements, equipment limitations, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances that Broken Arrow Pyro determines would prevent safe or lawful operation.

7. Transfer of Prize

The winner may transfer the prize one time as a gift.

The prize may not be sold, auctioned, raffled, traded, or otherwise transferred for compensation.

Once transferred to a recipient, the prize may not be transferred again.

The recipient must accept and comply with these Official Rules and any standard service agreement or safety requirements required by Broken Arrow Pyro.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be announced through the official Broken Arrow Pyro Facebook page on or around 09/22/2026.

The selected winner must contact Broken Arrow Pyro and claim the prize within seven (7) days of the winner announcement. If the winner does not respond within that period, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Broken Arrow Pyro may select an alternate winner.

Broken Arrow Pyro will never require payment, credit card information, or banking information in order to claim this Giveaway prize.

9. Scheduling & Service Agreement

Before the prize is considered booked, the winner or transferred prize recipient must:

• Provide the wedding date and venue information;

• Receive confirmation that Broken Arrow Pyro is available on the requested date;

• Obtain any required venue approval; and

• Complete Broken Arrow Pyro's standard service agreement and event-planning requirements.

The service agreement will not require payment for the services included in the Giveaway prize. Charges may apply only for requested upgrades, additional services, or excluded third-party costs.

10. Photography & Promotional Use

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner or transferred prize recipient agrees that Broken Arrow Pyro may photograph and/or record the cold spark display and use resulting photos or video of the display for Broken Arrow Pyro's website, portfolio, advertising, and social media, subject to applicable law and venue restrictions.

11. Taxes

Any federal, state, or local taxes or reporting obligations associated with receipt of the prize are the responsibility of the winner or prize recipient where applicable.

12. General Conditions

Broken Arrow Pyro reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate the Giveaway, submits fraudulent entries, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the fair operation of the Giveaway.

Broken Arrow Pyro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, platform issues, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially affect the administration or integrity of the Giveaway.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Broken Arrow Pyro regarding the Giveaway.

13. Release of Facebook

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.

By participating, each entrant acknowledges that the Giveaway is being administered by Broken Arrow Pyro, LLC and not by Facebook, and releases Facebook from claims or liability arising from or relating to the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

Questions regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Broken Arrow Pyro and not to Facebook.
